Step 1: You must be approved as an HP Business Partner with a Commercial Business Development Agreement through Hewlett-Packard Company. Not currently authorized? Click here to apply:

Step 2: Complete the following forms and fax them to the Arrow Deal Desk Manager at (770) 625-7807:

Arrow Electronics Inc. Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption. [download]

After you complete Step 1 and Step 2, you will receive a Welcome Letter with a link to the VIBE Bundle Reseller Sales Kit. There you can download everything you need to start selling the VIBE Bundle immediately.
